In our rapidly changing world, training is essential to the survival of companies. RGCU’s comprehensive training programme covering all areas is invaluable for the professional and personal development of everyone who works for the Group.
Our attractive range of online training means we were well prepared for the situation created by the pandemic, which has prevented people from attending in-person courses.
For me, RGCU’s other key functions include implementing and monitoring leadership programmes and “motivational campaigns”. I have now been lucky enough to be involved in four of these, the most recent being La Caravane in Roca Morocco, which is still running after over 14 years. I have also had the opportunity to host five of the 16 M&P Meetings, most recently in 2021, hosted by Roca Morocco and held online for the second time due to the pandemic. These meetings provide a unique opportunity for technical training for teams, sharing experiences and above all team-building.
