Closer through communication

Throughout 2021, we have done some changes to the way we communicate with you. This reflects the need to more effectively communicate what we do, breaking down barriers and reaching more members of the organisation.

We have done this by adopting a fresher and more approachable tone and style to help us connect with people and transmit our passion for training. 

As part of this new approach, in 2021, we implemented new communication channels, providing fresh content and value for everyone.A short summary is provided below.

RGCU communication channels

• Firstly, we have launched the #Wecreatefuture community, a space within our LMS (Moodle) that brings together all the platforms that may be of interest to you, alongside links to training catalogues, our newsletter on SharePoint and direct access to Formaone for booking places on courses.

• Another step forward in 2021 was the launch of the RGCU #Wecreatefuture SharePoint.

The SharePoint provides a space to communicate and transmit what we do. We use it to provide information on the different training projects carried out at RGCU, publicise relevant news and share good practices and experiences, in addition to a space to showcase your efforts, recognising your interest and key role in training through interviews and testimonies.

It also provides a space for discussion, where you can share your comments, which are fundamental for improving our work.

Quarterly training catalogue

We have also freshened up our training our catalogues. Firstly, we have decided to use custom-designed tools from the Microsoft 365 suite. Secondly, we have expanded our range with a catalogue for Executive and open courses, a catalogue for language courses and a third catalogue to promote open and 100% online skills courses.
