RPM Competencies

Each year, the entire management of the Roca Group undertakes the Roca Performance Management (RPM) competency-based evaluation.

Part of the training range offered by RGCU is based on filling the gaps between the level of competencies required and those of the RPM. This helps ensure the alignment of RGCU training to strengthen the skills needed by the Group.

In 2021, the two highest-scoring competencies in the Group were:

  1. Commitment to the organisation
  2. Self-management

The three lowest-scoring competencies, with the most room for improvement, were:

  1. Time management
  2. Leadership and managing people
  3. Ability to deliver results

The exercise allowed us to focus skills training for 2021 on these competencies.

The percentages of training provided for the various competencies that were worked on are shown below. There are two graphs: one for core competencies and one for functional competencies.
