“This course provides an introduction to the complex world of water. It helped me understand where water comes from, the needs of users and the solutions we can offer through our products.

Water is a fundamental resource for human beings. We need it individually for our food and hygiene and it is an essential input for sectors like agriculture, food, industry, sanitary and leisure. The uses described lead to an extremely high level of consumption of this scarce good.

Users are increasingly aware of water quality and are demanding solutions in which the composition of water and its sensory characteristics meet their needs. Solutions have been developed to reduce turbidity and hardness and capture chlorine, antibiotics, heavy metals and microorganisms. 

The content of this course allows us to improve our communication skills for dealing with equipment manufacturers and adopt a more critical approach in our relationships.”
